Meet Our Administrative Staff

We’re here to help you.

Kelly McLane, Practice Manager

Administrative Assistant, Family Counseling of Springfield

Kelly is the kind voice you hear when you call to make an appointment. You can reach her at 703-569-1300 (10am-5pm Monday-Friday) or email her the button below.

She helps you find an appointment time that works, answers questions about what you can expect when you come for your first appointment, provides guidance about your health insurance, administers your drug screens, and enjoys helping each person who calls.

As a result of her strong family ties to the military, she has lived in many places but calls Northern Virginia home. She has an adult daughter, a rambunctious dog, and several persnickety cats!

We submit your claims electronically, which will help you get reimbursed more quickly. Please click on this link to access a list of health insurance terms that will help you better understand your benefits.

Amanda Bolme, Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant, Family Counseling of Springfield

Amanda recently moved to Springfield after living in Germany for 17 years where she performed as a professional opera singer on the great stages of Europe.

Upon realizing that there is indeed a season for everything, she stopped singing professionally after her third child was born to focus on being a stay-at-home mom and therein found joy-filled rest in choosing to love her family more than her career. Amanda’s passions include cross-stitching, reading, baking, walking in the forest and memorizing books of the Bible as well as teaching that process to others. She enjoys being a student of her children as she observes them grow in wisdom and strength of character.

Although AAU Basketball and grocery shopping for hungry teenagers takes up most of her time, Amanda seeks opportunities for rest and refreshment as well as a great cup of coffee!
